Comments: The absorption spectra of HNCO, CH3NCO, CH3CH2NCO, C6H5NCO, and cyanate salts of Na+, K+, Cd2+, Hg2+, and Pb2+ have 
been determined in the near-ultraviolet region. Those of NaOCN and CH3CH2NCO have also been measured in the vacuum-ultraviolet region.
