Comments: The strong absorption of iodine dissolved in paraffin hydrocarbons in the region of 220 - 260 nm is not shown 
either by gaseous iodine or by iodine dissolved in perfluoroheptane (PFH) or di-perfluorohexyl ether, and is present only 
to a much smaller extent for iodine dissolved in chloroform.
